New Rider

Welcome!

We are so excited you are ready to ride! Please start by creating an account. From there, you can view the schedule, purchase single classes or packages, and reserve bikes. Your first class is FREE! At bike2thebeat, we treat our customers like they’re our family. It’s our goal to see that each one of our customers feels appreciated and taken care of. We strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment and a clean, organized atmosphere with plenty of amenities. If you’re like most people, then your first time to our studio may have you feeling a little anxious. Not to worry! Our team of friendly staff and instructors understand first time riders, which is why we like to give you special attention. Your questions and concerns are important to us. Please feel free to email the studio at bike2thebeat@gmail.com with your thoughts and comments.

Preparing for Your Ride

Staying hydrated is key so be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after class. We have an Alkaline water filling station and ice maker AND we also sell bike2thebeat reusable water bottles. Feel free to bring in your own water container, or buy one of ours.

Be On Time!

Please arrive 15 mins early for your first class, so we can fit you for shoes and go over our style of riding. If you arrive late we may need to give your bike up to someone on the waitlist or to a “walk in”.

Stay for the Whole 50 Minutes

With the exception of emergencies, please stay for the entire class. We ask that you fill your water bottle up and take a trip to the restroom before you settle in on your bike. We're all working hard to create an atmosphere filled with POSITIVE ENERGY and going in and out during class drains the energy from the room. Remember, 50 minutes is only 4% of your day…YOU GOT THIS!!!

Class Etiquette

We know we are all friends at bike2thebeat, but once the class has started we ask that you refrain from chatting with your neighbor. We do, however, love to hear your “hoots” and “hollers”!! The positive energy you share will come back to you…we promise!

Please, No Texting or Making Phone Calls

Cell phone use is limited to videoing and snapping pics of your favorite class. Please, no texting, making phone calls, or emailing during class.
Thank you!

Scents Are for Dates, Not Workouts!

Please refrain from wearing perfumes and, or colognes during class. Deodorant, however is a good thing!
