The story behind bike2thebeat dates back over 15 years. Alan Harvey, one of our AMAZING instructors, is one of the people who helped cultivate and make famous our unique style of riding. We know that bike2thebeat is like nothing else you’ve ever tried, which is why we give so much attention to our style. We ride in the same direction as the instructor, making it easier to follow their lead. The motion of pulling up our knees to the beat of the music is what helps build and tone our core, hamstrings, and glutes. All of our trained instructors give you everything they’ve got so you can feel your BEST and have FUN while doing it!

At bike2thebeat we know that your health comes first. That’s why we offer cycling classes for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. For 50 minutes, you’ll experience a full body workout, that’s fun and exciting and gets your heart rate pumping! Our classes take place in a club-like setting where we ride to the beat of the music. Whether you’re exercising to lose weight, tone up, or build strength, we know that your cardio workout is important to you. Our highly trained and supportive staff are here to help you meet your goals.
